Acupressure– sheets, paper for notes, pen/pencil

Adv. Face & Scalp - 3 hand towels, a Gua Sha tool if you have one, sheets, oil & lotion.

A & P classes – Trail Guide text ($80.00) sheets, paper & pencil for notes, sheets for palpation

Aquatic Integration Intro.- $50.00 Instructor fee, paper & pencil, swimwear & towel.

Aromatherapy & Herbs – paper & pencil for notes, sheets, oil.

Ayurveda Intro. – sheets, oil, paper & pencil for notes.

Body Reading – colored pencils/crayons, pen, paper, pic of someone you want more information on (phone pic is fine), blanket, personal item you wear regularly (necklace, ring, bracelet, etc.).

Boundaries & Self-Care – notebook, journal, and a variety of colored pens.

Business and Ethics – Business Mastery Book ($45.00) paper for notes, pencil.

Chair– face rest cover / pillowcase, lotion, optional - massage chair if you have your own.

Craniosacral– sheets, paper & pen for notes - $15.00 fee to instructor (for study guide).

Cupping Therapy – sheets, oil, pencil & paper, hand towels, Cupping set $41.00 ≈ (via Amazon), and suggested a massage apron with pockets (not required but makes it easier), an old pillowcase/cloth bag.

Deep Tissue Classes – sheets, cream or oil.

Essential Oils Intro. – paper & pen, sheets, oil

Adv. Health & Hygiene – computer/device with internet access, camera, & microphone for Zoom online class.

Hot Stone- $100≈ fee for hot stone set of premium quality basalt stones, varied sizes; bring a 6qt crockpot (no smaller) or slow cooker, sheets & pillowcase, 2 bath size towels, 1 blanket or large bath towel, 4 hand towels, 2 washcloths, 1 plastic or silicone coated tongs, & 1 small bowl big enough to hold 2 cups of water.

Infant Massage - notetaking supplies

Injury Management classes – sheets, cream or oil.

Lomi Lomi – paper & pen, sheets, and lots of oil.

Myofascial classes – sheets, pillow, shorts & tank top – no denim, short & filed nails, pen & paper, and please do not use oil or lotion on your skin before class. 

Adv. Pathology & Cont. – paper and pencil for notetaking

Panchakarma Intro. - Materials fee $42.00, sheets, note taking supplies.

Pregnancy – sheets, oil, 4 pillows or a body pillow and 2 regular pillows, notebook, paper & pen.

Polarity– sheets & oil / lotion, and paper & pen.

Reiki 1 – sheets, notetaking supplies

Reiki 2 – sheets, notetaking supplies, & a photo of someone to send healing energy to. 

Reflexology– sheets, lotion or cream, tub for foot soak, towel, notetaking supplies, notebook/binder.

Shiatsu– sheets, oil, lotion, notebook/binder, paper & pencil.

Side Lying- 2 pillows or a body pillow, claw hairclip for draping, sheets, oil.

Spa Therapies - sheets, lotion/oil, materials fee $25.00

Sports 1 – sheets, cream / lotion, wear athletic attire, $15.00 fee to instructor.

Sports 2 – sheets, cream / lotion, wear athletic attire, $5.00 fee to instructor.

Stretch & Release – sheets, cream or oil.

Tools for Longevity– sheets, oil & lotion, notetaking supplies

Touch 4 Health – T4H book ($35≈), paper & pen for notes.

Trigger Point - sheets, cream / lotion or oil.

Zen Thai Touch – Wear comfortable, loose clothing, bring a few yoga mats or thick blankets for floor work (enough room to fit both you and client/partner on side by side).

Zen Touch Shiatsu– same as Zen Thai Touch materials.

Cash or check payable to the instructor for their materials fees. The school accepts cash, checks, Venmo, and credit/debit cards for textbooks, essential oil kits, and hot stone sets. The cupping set can be ordered from Amazon & the link is provided a few weeks before class or upon request earlier.

* Twin set of sheets, with a pillowcase (one fitted and one flat)

* Colored pencils, markers, or crayons (for anatomy coloring book and other diagrams)

* 3 Ring binder (1/2 inch or 1 inch) 

* Paper for notetaking

* Pencils, pens, highlighters for notetaking

* Print out of your class binder notes or a device to look at them on during class (in DropBox).

* You will receive an adjustable oil holster, an 8-ounce bottle of massage oil, and an 8-ounce bottle of massage lotion. Once those run out you will need to purchase refills.
