Transcripts
If you need a copy of your official transcripts, need them submitted to a licensing board, or submitted to the CAMTC for your certification application process please contact the office with your request.
There is a $15.00 fee for transcripts.
Transcript Services Fees
Transcript copy or submission: $15.00.
Transcript and a certificate: $25.00.
If you need further documentation for complex licensing situations there is an additional fee for the time, materials, shipping costs, and/or preparations in addition to the above fee: $15.00
