Transcripts
If you need a copy of your official transcripts, need them submitted to another state's licensing board, or submitted to the CAMTC for your certification application process please contact the office with your request.
There is a $15.00 fee for transcripts.
Transcript Services Fees
Transcript copy or submission: $15.00.
Transcript and a certificate: $25.00.
If you need further documentation for complex licensing situations there is an additional fee for the time, materials, shipping costs, and/or preparations in addition to the above fee: $15.00
