Tuition & Fees

In order to become a Massage Therapist, you must complete both programs.

Combined they equal 500 hours which the state of California requires for certification.

Massage Practitioner Program (200 hours) Cost:

» Registration Fee (Non-Refundable) $200.00 

» Tuition at $12.50/hour rate = $2,500.00 

» Materials Fee $70.00 

» Textbooks $30.00 

» Student Tuition Recovery Fund Fee (BPPE) $0

Total Cost for 200 hours $2,800.00 

Massage Therapist (500 Hour) Program Cost:

» Registration Fee (Non-Refundable) $200.00 

» Tuition (for the additional 300 hours) $20.00/hour rate = $6,000.00 

» Textbooks (*varies, depends on classes chosen except two core classes) $125.00 

» Student Tuition Recovery Fund Fee (BPPE) $0

Total Cost for the additional 300 Hours $6,325.00*

• Payment plans are available for both programs at No Interest!
• If a student is requesting or needing individual tutoring the cost is $40.00 per hour during the Massage Practitioner course and $40 - $50.00 & up per hour during the Massage Therapist program.
• Credit card payments are accepted (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) and Venmo & Apple Pay are accepted.
• Payments may also be made in cash or by check.
• Textbook costs and materials' fees vary for the Massage Therapist (500 hour) program, depending on the classes chosen by the student.

Students may pay for classes on an individual basis for the Massage Therapist (500 hour) program or enroll in our 0% interest payment plan.

INSURANCE:

The school suggests each student have student liability insurance. This liability insurance covers the student 24 hours/day, whether in school or outside school as long as the student is doing work related to curriculum and not being paid for services rendered. The insurance will be discussed during the first week of class.

BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL:

The student has the right to a full 100 percent refund of all the charges less the non-refundable fees* if they cancel this agreement in writing on or prior to the first day of instruction, or within 7 days of enrollment, whichever is later.

To cancel the agreement the student must complete the Notice of Cancellation form which will be provided at the time the agreement is signed. The student has to complete the form with the date and their signature and hand it to the school’s official or mail it. The effective date for the refund calculation will be the date the Cancellation form was handed in or postmarked (if mailed).  Refund payments will be mailed within 45 days of the notification of cancellation. 

If a class must be canceled prior to or on the first day of instruction, by the school, CHI will make a full refund.

*Registration fees are not refundable, materials' fees are only refundable if the materials are unused/still in new condition and returned to C.H.I., and tuition for any hours attended prior to cancellation are not refundable.
